The Mimosa Pudica or otherwise known as sensitive plant is an evergreen sub shrub which is usually treated as an annual. It is normally grown for its fun value of leaves that close up and droop when touched � reopening within minutes. The stems of the plant are prickly and they have the most beautiful delicate ball shaped pink flowers, 1� in diameter in mid - late summer. Height is up to 5ft and spread 3ft.
