The British Isles has been honoured to have the Bluebell as part of it's recorded history and there are even some traditional events that are dedicated to it. I don't know of anyone that doesn't know of a Bluebell walk near them!

In early January you can expect to see the first shooting Bluebells and in April and May they produce one of the many beautiful sights of spring in your garden. Now becoming an endangered species, these seeds are 100% legal (!!) and have been harvested from our own garden. Common problems with Bluebells becoming endangered are that landowners are legally allowed to sell bulbs from their land and people steal the wild plants and bulbs to sell. This is causing huge devastation to the quantity of wild Bluebells and other flowers in our country. A difference can be made to this destruction by refusing to buy bulbs which have been harvested from wild populations.
